Undertraining on Gear

Ideal days to lift while on cycle

I really want to capitalize on my first cycle. Most people have recommended 3 days/week lifting routine, Monday Wednesday Friday. Is training 3 times a week undertraining when on gear? Would on be better of training atleast 4 times while on cycle?
 
i train 4 days a week sometimes 5 but i find it hard because of work and school. But i guess it really depends on the person, intensity of work outs and goals
 
5 days a week but still one body part per week? or it more like 1.5 per week so 3 per 2 weeks?

what are some of your 5 days/week splits that you do?
 
For the past 6 years I've always trained 4 times a week and my results have been spectacular. Never overtrained, and always feel great.

Each to his own though, as some people MUST and HAVE to be in the gym for 5-6 days.
 
i train almost every day when my body is aching i take a day off. i have my mucsles divided between 4 workouts but i do 3 days of weights then cardio and day 4 of weights and then 1 and 2 if that makes sense so that way i hit my mucsles every 5-6 days and do no more then 12 sets per major muscle.

What's the heaviest you have ever been it's just in a lot of your posts you say you grow super fast and don't need to even train some body parts and yet your only 170ish.... by spectacular just what do you mean ?

good question?

anyway, its 4-5 times a week for me depending on goals, most bodyparts 1x a week, weaker areas like say calves or rear delts may get twice a week, but thats it

your a good example . your prabablly WAY above your genetic potential and you take lots of " supplements " the average guy can grow like a weed on a moderated cycle / lots of food and rest and 3 days a week of HEAVY compound movements . all those concentration and isolation excercises should be saved untill you have a muscle thats big enough to concentrate on lol .
