unilateral training

How much stock do you guys put into unilateral movements? Like one arms dumbell rows, presses, one legged deads/pistol squats, javelin presses, etc...

Just wondering. I think they are shit lol

I don't do them much often, just sometimes when i feel like surprising my muscles, it's a good hand to whoever lags from one side. Unilateral training are more important for people like soccer players, hockey players, etc. Because they always focus on 1 side (or almost) at their practice and they get some weird balance.

I use them as accessory movements or when one limb/side is assymetrical. DB rows, split squats and db clean and press would be the ones I most commonly incorporate.
