Hi,
on monday I did from two orders (MK-2866)and payed them:it passed five days,and I still did not get any update.I wrote to them at sales@uniquemicals.com and I did not get any reply.
Does anyone how to contact them?

Maybe it's better to open further new threads in other forums of different sites too.....
 
long time troll/observer finally placed a order on july 8 2013 of the mega pack of ostarine from "uniquemicals". they charged me the money and it has been taken outta my account, but when i check my order history on their site it says i have no orders or order history, needless to say this is very concerning......

they state they ship with in 24hrs all in stock items but i dont have a tracking number so far just a charge on my card from gogo industries.

i emailed 2 times so far asking them to rectify this problem still no reply. ill keep you guys posted as to what happens if need be ill even post the emails up confirming my charge from them and my "order number" ......so if anyone else has had this issue please chime in id like to know what happened to you....better if any representative of theirs is present please chime in and try to rectify this asap!! this is bad for business a simple reply would go miles in this instance.

How about sending them and email on there site. 5 days man are you kidding me. It was just a holiday in the USA. Check you fing heads. Your acting like brats they aren walmart. Maybe you should be buying your stuff there.
 
Same thing for me, funds taken from my card. I have only read good things from this company tho. Sometimes they get backed up, but every thread that I have read that says no emails, no replys, no orders usually chime in from a few days to a week later saying they have received tracking information. I would love communication considering I am a new customer, but from all that I have read I am going to trust uniquemicals customer service.

seeing as you just joined im sure your a little more trusting than i am..ive order peptides/chems since 2003 from dozens of companies never once did my order not show up on the companies sites that i ordered from...and given whats transpired with some companies thru the years a little apprehension is warranted.

please let us know what happens with your order id like to know if you get a reply. if you trust them at what point do you start to worry??

Agreed 100% if you have my cash you should have some answers. we are on here to share knowledge, experience, and advice. if i come here for help and advice concerning a sponsor after i have contacted them i expect not to be chastised by people or admin... a little professionalism and decorum is in order.
 
Got a email reply at 6:25 a.m. as stated: hanks for your recent order.

You should have received the tracing number when your order was shipped. However, we're currently experiencing some technical issues with our system causing the order history to be hidden. Also, the email notifications are not getting sent. We apologize if this has caused any confusion.

Your order was shipped yesterday using USPS. The tracking number for the package is&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&.....

Uniquemicals is good to go and the tension is resolved.
 
UPDATE: UNIQUEIMCALS CAME THRU***

i was sent a email apology for the confusion on my account and with a tracking number glad to say they came thru......

im a little apprehensive of promises theses days ordering with all the trouble me and other people have been having....Ive had a company charge me 3 times for a single order and another send me the wrong product then take 2 months to correct any issues.

i also will be reporting on the product and results when my rats start a cycle.

again thank you uniquemicals i appreciate you guys stepping up and resolving my account issues...
