Synthetic is good stuff. Bit on the pricey side, but it's worth it. Dude went from 315x5 - 315x10 on the Bench in 3 weeks. Got so strong had to stop training quads for almost a month cause of the knee pain caused by so much strength gain.
A buddy absolutely blew up on it. Lost fat and gained probably 10 lbs of muscle. Fast!
