Unofficial Log SR9009 from SarmSearch

Day 7:

Still not feeling a kick. Still not sure if it's doing anything. I will weigh in Monday morning and see what's up. I may run the rest of the SR at 30mg per day.

OK. Took my last dose for the day and I will weigh myself tomorrow morning. Let's see what a combination of keto and SR9009 did over the course of just 8 days.

A summary of the week on SR9009:

I expected an increase in total energy, similar to caffeine, but that didn't happen. I don't know if it should have or not but I kinda hoped it would. Remember, just 1 week in.
My left knee (Torn meniscus) is bothering me more. I read that you may have joint pain on SR9009 but I could be wrong (Vets, feel free to chime in).
Someone mentioned feeling more hungry when on SR9009, but I don't. Not sure if that's a combination of keto and not craving carbs or what.
Someone mentioned feeling 'good' on SR9009. I never felt anything 'good' or 'bad' when taking it. I also read someone felt lightheaded on SR9009.
I did have one day where I had more energy than normal and I thought maybe it was the SR9009 but continuing into the next day that energy was gone. Maybe it was just a good nights rest.
I hate having to dose every 3 or 4 hours. GW would be much simpler.
I wish they made capsules. Not sure why research 'capsules' can't be made.

I know it sounds like I'm complaining a little, but I'm not. It's only been a week and I didn't expect much in a week. I might wake up tomorrow and the scale might say I dropped an EXTREME amount of weight...in which case I will attribute most of that to keto and 3J and some of it to SR9009. Let's see what the numbers look like tomorrow.

I weighed in. I am now 108.8 kilograms. That's a drop of 2.4 kilograms (Or 5.3 lbs)

Now, how much of that is water weight, how much of that is fat and how much of that is muscle...I'm still waiting for 3J to take a look at the pics and give his opinion on things.

Because of my large frame (Read: Fat as FOOK) the large drop isn't that surprising. I've dropped like that before. Also keep in mind that my caloric deficit this month is much larger than other months just because I'm trying to lose as much as possible. I'm also in keto which means there's definitely some water weight.

Week 2, let's hope so magic happens.

We are into week 2. I woke up especially early today. Took my first dose, had breakfast, went back to bed. So, there's definitely no kick in the butt as far as energy. I've decided that this is just the way it's going to be and won't mention it again unless it changes.

The taste gets 'better' as in I don't really care for how it tastes. I kinda look forward to it.

I'm going to train back today. Let's see how that goes. I timed things so I can dose once pre-workout.

Alright, so I'm running low on SR9009. I will measure my weight tomorrow. I still have no 'feeling' from the SR9009 but perhaps I've lost more in the last 5 days than normal.

1 month is too short and 20mg ed dosing is too low for SR9009. That's probably why you don't feel anything(yet). I personally couldnt stand the hunger that I get from
SR on 30mg ed. That's why I had to stop.

I've heard that you run it a month on and a month off. So, 1 month is what I was planning to do. I've been doing doing 30mg and still no kick. Appetite is normal.

Almost 1 week on 30mg a day. I'm not feeling a kick or the hunger mentioned.

Thursday I will measure myself again and see where I am at. My diet has been on point as has my training. We'll see if the dramatic weightloss continues into the end of week 2 on keto.

Alright, so I'm definitely in the last few days of my SR9009. The bottle is almost empty and I'm doing 30mg a day.

I don't know if it's an increase in activity, a drop in calories, keto or all of the above, but I am getting hungrier. I've only 'cheated' once with an extra protein shake that I sipped on while working at the computer. I will weigh myself Thursday (The day after tomorrow) to see where I am as far as weight.

I was really hoping that there would be an almost pre-workout boost when taking the SR9009. If someone else has had that effect, please let me know. I haven't. My cardio hasn't changed much either. It hasn't gotten easier but it hasn't gotten harder either. Cardio is still boring. Thank God for Youtube.

If something is happening, it's going to show on the weigh in and my measurements. If there aren't any massive changes, then I'm not sure what I can say about SR9009. I will keep my final opinion for when I do the weigh in. But right now, I think GW is still a better choice if you're looking at the two research chems.

First

@TRUEGRIT...clear that inbox of yours brother!! No messages can get through to you lol.

Alright, so we're 1 more day before we finish up on SR9009. I've actually got a few more days left in the bottle but I'm weighing in tomorrow. So, lets see where I'm at then.

The way I've timed things with SR9009 is I take 1 dose upon waking, 1 dose pre-workout and 1 dose a few hours post-workout. Dosing more than 3 times a day takes some serious patients and a timer on your phone to make sure you hit those doses spot on.

The taste is now something I can say I look forward to. It's not bad. Looking forward to tomorrow's weigh-in

Look forward to the taste...weirdo ;)

Alright, so I'm at the end of the bottle.

I weighed in today 0.4 kg heavier than last week. I'm in a caloric deficit (The previous week I dropped over 2 kg).

I'm waiting for my coach to chime in. There could be a few reasons for this. One is that I upped the dose to 30mg a day and that played a role in gaining muscle while losing fat?

The reason that's possible is because my body measurements all dropped.

So, what are my thoughts?

First, I wish I had done a bf% check, even on a 'not-so-accurate' machine. I do have access to a bodpod, if I'm willing to travel a bit.
Second, I think I need to run this a full month. 1 bottle is not 1 month.
Third, I think I need it at 30mg a day.

Now, if I compare this to GW, with GW I get that "Cardio is my friend" feeling and definitely know it's working it's magic. I didn't get that same feeling with SR9009. However, it may not be that you actually need to feel it in order to get results. Next round I will definitely do a bodpod test and get an accurate reading to see where things go.

I'm going to update this again next week when I'm suppose to weigh in again. If I lost a significant amount of weight then I can likely attribute it to the SR9009 no longer being in my body. So, this is still open for discussion.

And yeah, I am weird. Live in Japan long enough and you can get used to pretty much any flavor.

I use a weight scale that has a hand held device. Sends electric current through the palms of your hands and soles of your feet. How accurate it is idk, I'm sure it's not exact but it's fairly close and it's consistent. If you eat a large meal or drink a lot of water it counts it as body fat. Was like $75-$100. You plug in your age, sex, height, save it as a profile and it figures out weight, % body fat, % muscle and % visceral fat.

Those type of body fat measurements are not very accurate - they depend greatly on how much water is in your body at any given moment. But if you use them first thing in the morning after you pee you should get pretty consistent results, even if they are not exact. You can use them to show change if nothing else.
