Actually he will be lucky if it's 4 lbs of muscle.....more like 1 or 2.

Cut your sodium back, increase the water intake, and do some LIGHT cardio (EVEN if you're bulking). Putting weight on this fast is gonna make you feel like utter shit, jack your blood pressure up, and eventually put so much fat on that it's gonna be depressing and hard as hell to lose. I say this to you (as a competitor) because I have been there and it ain't fun........

I have gained 20lbs in 2 weeks before, didn't like it one bit, will never bulk again. I would add some adex, i wouldn't want to carry that much water around again.
 
Well thanks felles for the comments.

I have put on some water weight do doubt but I don't think I have put on a lot of BF. I just checked my BF and it's at 11%bf, so I def wanna keep it there. I keep it pretty clean and just cheat once a week.

Will cardio hinder my gains though. Thanks felles much appreciated

looks like he swallowed a water cooler! ;) LOL! But, I can also attest he is not increasing bf% much, it is a lot of water. But that will help overall strength, which has been climbing steadily. Fatchops is on a good track!!

Holy fuck bro that's an awesome progress!!....whe cares the fuckin water!...just keep going and enjoy!!...after the big bulk cycle cut down your carbs, keep protein very high and do cardio...that will help you loose some body and water weight and will keep ypur lean mass...i can't wait to do my d=bol cycle...i need the money and the source..lol
