for a month there is some really noticeable changes, obviously its working, im not a believer in circuit training, that hit a muscle group directly once a week is more ideal so something like chest,back,legs,shoulders,arms,rest,rest would be good but others will argue legs after back day is a nono since ur back gets hit so much but it works fine for me obviously your routine is working wiith these changes and if it ain't broke, dont fix it also don't worry about the time you spent in the gym, i believe if ur eating enough, getting enough rest that there is no such thing as over training i mean sure if u hit back day every day that might be a bit extreme but once a week all out no biggie
