Updated Cycle photos... Need some suggestions

for a month there is some really noticeable changes, obviously its working, im not a believer in circuit training, that hit a muscle group directly once a week is more ideal so something like chest,back,legs,shoulders,arms,rest,rest would be good but others will argue legs after back day is a nono since ur back gets hit so much but it works fine for me :P obviously your routine is working wiith these changes and if it ain't broke, dont fix it :P also don't worry about the time you spent in the gym, i believe if ur eating enough, getting enough rest that there is no such thing as over training :P i mean sure if u hit back day every day that might be a bit extreme but once a week all out no biggie
