I was hoping someone could help answer a question about a training iujury I sustained recently. I was training Back last week. While doing seated Hammer lateral rows I was focusing on negatives and felt a slight pop on the negative mid-rep. The injury seems to be located in a cluster of knots in the Rhomboid, Scapula area and goes up through my upper traps. Any good info would be helpful. Thanks for the read.
