As many others have said, they don't normally test for AAS. The only reason they will test is if someone turns you in, or you attract attention to yourself.
For the Air Force side of things, you have a minimum and maximum weight that's scaled to your height for coming into the military. If you're within (I believe its) 5% of your weight range, they can waiver you coming in for being "overweight". If you're overweight because you work out a lot/take AAS, then they'd probably waiver it, just keep your mouth shut about it. At MEPS they'll fuck with you and try to get you to fess up about that one time you smoked pot or did anything illegal (In your case AAS) that you didn't tell your recruiter about.
Just keep your story straight, and even after you're in. Be very very careful who you tell. You'll probably be able to finish the cycle you're on now before you ship off to basic. Once you're in basic, you won't have the opportunity to do much, and while you're in tech school stay natural. Keep on going to the gym and stay away from the crowd that goes out drinking all weekend long.
Once you're at your first duty station, get a feel for how the dorms are for your squadron, my squadron was gay as fuck. We weren't even allowed to drink in the dorms because our CO at the time was a Mormon or something who pushed it on everyone, but my squadron was the only one on base like that. I've lived off base for awhile now, and I couldn't be happier.
