v12/or superpump 250/ or SWOLE for cutting

I am on a cutting...well leaning out cycle...I am weighing about 200lbs right now going to lean out at 195 trying for 5% bf....and I want to use one of these creatines while dieting....I know that v12 doesn't hold very much water what about the other two???? any opinions???? I'm also on cycle right now I need good pumps...
 
youre on cycle asking what creatine to use?

thats like turbocharging your car and asking what fuel additive to use.

its not going to make the slightest fucking difference.

your "pumps" should already be fucking insane while ON CYCLE?


just get plain monohydrate dose at 5g ED and call it a day.

im thinking about making the switch back to mono from CEE. mono has years (decades?) of solid research behind it. CEE really has none. I stumbled across a CEE vs mono thread over at BR.com - i didnt really understand all of it because im not a labcoat, but i think the take-home message is that mono > CEE.

for a natural, i would definitely recommend at least l-tyrosine, taurine, and caffeine pre workout - if not a complete mix from TrueProtein like buzzsaw or the like.

for someone on cycle, bleh, drugz > supplements all day long.

i read something like that at BB.com and reposted it here some were.

but yeah, your right basically mono wins over CEE for a number of factors.

one being after 100% saturation of the muscle it no longer matters. CEE can not saturate the muscle any more than mono can.
