I realize that theres lots of sketchy info and diagrams for this particular pin site. But its not so difficult. Did my first VG injection today....went great. Easy to reach area, and completely painless from start to finish. Once you find the correct muscle area, just put weight on opposite leg, relax leg on side being pinned, and go for it. Although I never had any issues whatsoever pinning glutes, after this I cant understand why anyone wouldnt consider the VG injection as a primary pin site. Just my .02.
