Very informative forum, rethinking my first cycle, opinions/advice please?

Letro @0.25mgs/2xWeek(Mon/Thurs) is a good start and then adjust accordingly based on your mid-cycle bloods. Also, as usual, watch out for signs of a crashed e2 or a high e2...

Agreed^^^ you crash your e2 you're going to feel like total shit. Letro is pretty strong bro I would take another condsideration of adex or aromisin and have letro on hand just for emergencies. Also 180 is pretty small for 6'0 bro, maybe you need to get your diet and training checked. I know you said you spent a year with a trainer but honestly most trainers are a joke. I make all the trainers around my gym look like bitches and our knowledge difference is crazy. Maybe some more training and obtaining more knowledge before you hop on some aas. Just my .02

Thanks for replies guys!! jack3d4life this is what my diet & training look like:

My diet per trainer has been : 238g Protein
65g Fat
100g Carbs
For a total of 1937 calories a day.
I have found other info based on my stats, BMR and TDEE, I should be 1000 calories over that a day.
For a total of 2937 calories a day. My understanding is that I should make up most of those calories in carbs since my protein and fat are optimal for my stats.

My current training is:
Week 1 - Monday-Upper , Weds-lower, Friday- Upper
Week 2 - Monday - Lower, Weds-upper, Friday - Lower

I'm about to go to a 4 day Upper Lower Split:

Monday-upper, Tues-Lower, Weds-Off, Thurs-Upper, Friday-Lower

I train large muscle groups a total of 120 Reps @ max weight that I can do 10 at a time per week.
I train the smaller muscle groups total of 60 Reps @ max weight that I can do 10 reps at a time, per week. This is based on the optimal volume for my goal- size & strength.

Opinions please?

Every muscle group should be hit once a week and I persobally hit legs twice a week at the beginning and end of my lifting cycle. I hope you're annulating legs man thats half your body and the biggest muscle group there is. I personally like 3 days on one day off but that's just me. And you definitely need to pick up those calories man, I'm surprised your body isn't in a catabolic state all the time at under 2k cals.and I can agree with your statement of getting them from the carbs. With your stats carbs are nothing to worry about.

I'm working every muscle group twice per week, including legs. From most call what I have read that is the best frequency for me right now because I am just starting back after a four-month hiatus. (my home burned down) I will work out with a less frequency week after about six months.
Yes I am drastically increasing my calorie intake per day… It's not easy I'm not used to eating that much, lol. I supplement with 3 x 60g protein shakes per day. i'm planning on starting a thread to log my experience from beginning to end. I expect to see some major gains after four months, we'll see. Sure helps to have somewhere like this site to go and get advice!
