So the time has finally come. Earlier this year I discovered something that shocked me and I have decided to deal with it after my cycle(stupid I know). I got pre-cycle bloodwork done in May of this year and found out my Test count was 351. This was very shocking because I was off for 8 months from a 12 week cycle when I get the blood work done. So this Saturday marks my 6 week mark since I finished PCT. My question is, what should my Test count be to be considered "recovered"? And what is minimum number of anything under than ____ means you're fucked and HELLO TRT!

Focus on how you feel; don't chase a number - that will drive you insane. If it comes back at sub 300ng/dL, and you have decent LH/FSH, then I'd start giving TRT some thought.

A- it was a joke.

B- sex...and ejacualation raises your natural test as you need to replace seminal levels , sperm etc

I always wanted to know if that was actually true, that's good to know... it puts it to rest for me,especially when I hear these fighters talk

Hear these fighters talk... wow i have no idea what that means in this context(im not native english)

But as far as testosterone and sexual activity goes, i think it would be more the presence of hot women that raises testosterone, and of course doing various activities with hot women(sex included lol), not that much just raw ejaculation, however the fuck it is acheived lol :D

In regards to my comment, there has been a preconceived notion or a myth if you will among a lot of us combative athletes, that excessive or moderate sexual activity will lower testosterone levels.. I have never seen any study to support this... throughout my years many guys within the affiliations I was associated with would often advocate absence regarding sexual activity the leading up to competition/ super fight or a wrestling meet... it's absolutely absurd!
