Viable alternative to N2Guard available?

As the title states, are there any other good options?

My beef with N2G is, that you have to take 7 - SEVEN - freakin' pills before you hit the sack.
Add to that some other supps I use and I end up downing 10 pills before bed time.
The problem I am having, is that I seem to get something like acid reflux from all that stuff combined with all the fluid required to get it down.
My throat is sore almost every morning. Tired of it.

So:

- Tudca
- NAC
- Liv 52

Dosage suggestions?
If that comes out to 7 pills might as well stick to N2G. haha

Plain ole' milk thistle?

I've heard TUDCA doesn't interfere with other orals potency during all that liver-sciency-stuff that happens. Maybe Dre can elaborate if he has heard anything like that before.

Not looking to get flamed but how crucial is liver support on, for example, a 5-6 week dbol cycle at modest dosages (we'll say 40mg I guess)? Just always been curious on how bad these substances are on your liver as opposed to all the other guys my age that binge drink every weekend. I've heard several people say they don't use liv support on dreaded oral only cycles because it's like "spinning your wheels". I'm assuming this is in regards to the belief that the two substances combat each other in the liver.

Dre, you have the stage. =P

These three are all better than N2G to be quite frank with you. N2G relies on some of the same compounds even but for the cost and efficacy you can't beat NACA or TUDCA. Liv 52 is also another great choice but don't have as much experience with that.

Liv52: follow the instruction on the bottle
NAC: off cycle 600mg daily if desired, on injectables (600-1200mg daily), on Orals (1800-2400mg daily)
TUDCA: 500mg daily off cycle, 1000mg daily on injectable, 1500-2000mg daily on orals

What are you taking to need liver protection? Do you have lab values? NAC has many many other benefits so it's more than just for the liver

NAC does almost the exact same thing as TUDCA but also much more as it's one of the precursors to the most important antioxidant in the body glutathione. Nothing will directly lower the potency of an oral steroid once injected but there are some things that could alter your metabolism of it and this change absorption time, AUC, peak serum levels etc. What I mean isThe steroid is the same strength but your body will process it a little differently.

Dbol at 40mg for 4-6wks isn't the worst thing you can do and the liver is a resilient organ. Slightly higher liver values aren't alone conclusive enough to diagnose liver damage but neither do we want them constantly elevated. I think NAC is a cheap enough supplement with enough health benefits to warrant it's price tag. It's not even that expensive, I got a pound of amazon in bulk powder for under 30$. Do some quick math: 454grams in 1lb and I took 1200mg daily (no oral) so I'd get just over a year for $30

Those same people would probably tell you to not take HCG on cycle also bc it's 'spinning your wheels'. Based on your knowledge of HCG, would you use it on cycle or not based on these comments?

^^^no hate, just taking you through a train of thought

Currently wrapping up a Halo cycle.
Planning the next one, so I am weighing my options.

I've been up for so long I forgot we talked about oral cycles just the other day lol. For those I would make sure to use some liver protection unless you have verifiable bloodwork AST/ALT/bilirubin etc saying your values aren't too bad.

Yeah, bloodwork in MX isn't happening...
So when you say liver protection, isn't that what NAC, Tudca and Liv 52 are all about?

Go get some sleep, you are confusing me. haha
