Virgin to anabolic scene... Any advice?

Nothing against the original poster, but 6'4" 189lbs at 8% is skin and bones IMO. You need to EAT EAT EAT!!

I used to say the same thing, but then I learned how to master the most effective piece of training equipment around: THE FORK!

Master the fork and you will break through your "I can't get any bigger" attitude.
 
if you still hold spoons and forks like a civilized human being and not like jay cutler, you're not eating enough to put on serious mass.
 
A maximization of mass over the 12 week period can be optimized through the use of dbol as a frontload.

1-12 Test E 500mg
1-4 Dbol 30mg ED
1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg ED
14-18 Clomid 100/50/50/25

An analysis of your current training routine and body fat percentages is an intimation towards calorie deficiency. The ingestion of "junk food" as pure calorie sustenance may be a viable option to offset calorie deficiency.
