What I've understood vitamin b6 is good for blocking progestogenic gyno symptoms, but does it make the vitamin itself progestogenic? Ie. will it also inhibit other symptoms like bloating, impotence, etc or is it only good for the gyno side?

Good for the prog-based gyno side bro. The other sides that you mention are from an array of other variables, not just prog-based. I've heard several dosing ranges also...some say 100mg 3 x a day, 200mg 3 x a day, 200 mg ed, etc. Myself, I run it at 100mg 3 x a day when on deca or tren and have had no problems.
I hear that b6 controls many aspects of water balance in the body and it is
recomended by doctors for pregnant women to fight water retention.. I assume it must be helpful for the bloat caused by AAS' aswell.. or perhaps I'm wrong
one question guys does it have to be Pyridoxine or Pyridoxamine DiHydrochloride for prolactin/progesterone??
coz according to this http://www.geronova.com/pm.htm Pyridoxamine is much better than the other types of b6. I was wondering if it would work the same??
For what its worth, i started getting bad gyno symptoms from tren, and taking b6 as suggested really did help out. I ended up taking 6 caps spread up into three doses during the day and it worked a charm. I had to keep it up for quite some time after stopping the tren - but it did work. If anyone is doing tren, i recommend keeping b6 on hand just in case its needed.
No, I didn't experience any noticable water retention from the NPP, not sure if the B6 helped with that at all, I only take it for gyno symptoms and it certainly does the trick for that.
