im to where i feel ive bulked up enough from fall and winter and will be moving to miami in about 4 months. ive never been really ripped up and would like to see how i would look once i get below 10%.

as far a proportion goes, its as good as its going to get now, im not too worried about it, i like how i look.

3000-3500 cals daily
50/35/15
55/30/15
usually a cheat day getting mid 3500-3700 once a week
just depends on if i dont have clients at the gym that i train at, on if i can get the 3500 cals.
my heart rate will be monitored during the workout with a polar hr monitor.

i want to cut, not too extreme to where im loosing more than 1-2 lbs a week.
im currently taking
no-explode
thermogain, just 3 pills aday not the full 9
ABB mass recovery post workout
muscle milk w/oatmeal about 4 hours before bed
yogurt before bed or cottage cheese

besides that all my carbs are complex and i try to get the majority of my cals from food, not shakes

1. i just want to know how much cardio i should do during the week
2. what my caloric intake should be for a cutting diet
3. % carbs protein and fat
4. what i should keep my heart rate at during the cardio and workout % wise

i think that about covers it, im confident in putting together a good diet and will post it once i get my caloric intake from the gurus. thanks you guys :)

I am cutting and do cardio on monday, wednesday, and friday before my first meal.

Figure out your maitenance calories...multiply your bodyweight x 12. Then subtract about 500 calories from there and you will begin to lose weight.

I am not sure about percentages. Mine is about 50/30/20 for p/f/c

I am not sure about the heart rate, sorry.

And what have your results been with this regimen?

Seems like you both have your ducks in a row
