WOOT WOOT got my payment in and now justawaiting my new diet 3Js advice has always been top notch and this is exactly what I have been waiting for him to do. If his small tweaks on the board have done great things for me then cant wait to see what a custom diet and training plan will do Im predicting awesomness so stay tuned cus I am just waiting to see the end results. Thanks again 3J, you are always prompt to respond to my every email and always within mins it seems. Anyone tht dont take advantage of this is a retard, especially if you havent seen the gains you think you should remember 70 to 80% of getting big and ripped is in your training and diet roids are just something to help.
 
Right now I am doing a no starch no sugar diet, anytime I add either one of those back into my diet my stomach hurts and I am bloated for a couple of weeks and then I fine, but those 2 weeks are miserable!

Perhaps just an intolance to gluten.

It's hard to say without more details such as your carb sources, other than 'starches'. You should go get tested for celiac disease.

You'd be better off staying away from gluten, and running a low carb diet. Your body is telling you something.

I don't think I have an intolerance to gluten. I have eliminated that possibility in the past. The only thing I can think of is possibly lactose intolerant cuz dairy does seem to bother me sometimes or I just have a weak digestive system. I am going to try the pro-biotics to see if that helps. I am excited to try this diet with 3J and see how that benefits me. Thanks for all of the information you guys are awesome.

Guys I tell you know hiring 3J is like getting your very own poersonal chef and trainer the guy answers my emails faster than I can type them sometimes and my diet looks very doable almost to the point of easy will be exciting to see the results I swear if you havent taken advantage well then more girls looking at me LOL

I don't know anything about my sugar.

When I am not on the diet I don't know how high the carbs go but I will usually have at least one carb with each meal. I try to keep my diet pretty clean. I have been on the carb free diet for quite a while. I think that my body gets used to the no carbs and then freaks out when I introduce them.

I never lose weight when I am on higher carb diets. I usually struggle to keep my weight down if I have carbs.

I think you are right that I need to do the probiotics. I didn't know if there is anything else I should try. I am going to go get a blood test from my doctor and I will mention this as well to see if there are any test that they can run.

Do you have any suggestions of what I should have them check for on the blood test?

just have him do a basic panel workup...

have your liver and kidneys checked... and your fasting glucose levels...

also your thyroids..

what's up boys...just an fyi. i contacted 3J last week, filled out my questions and had my diet in less than 48 hours...in fact i think it was under 24 i believe. quick replies and definitely knows what he's doing.

a week into my diet and i feel great already...more energy and already felt stronger in the gym. my 2 cents!

my diets balance out your bodies ph level while helping your reach your goals..

your feeling of more energy and strength is a typical result..
