Want to start a cycle of test need advice.

I'm a 24 year old male weigh around 212 (undresses) body fat percentage is sitting around 22%. Most of my weight is in my love handles lower belly and chest. I eat super clean and exercise regularly. Do you think I would be safe to do a 3 month cycle of test?

Suppressing it for 3 months is not needed or advisable. How do u know if ur 22 % ? IF u are augmentation of testosterone with it s conversion to estrogen at that body fat is not gonna be as conducive to a body re composition as leaning out NATURALLY..

Ur either eating to much or not exercising to lean out. What do eat, how much and when ?

Describe "exercise regularly ? Men s love handle s are our stoarage. As is the belly. Fatty chest may invite gyno-comastia too. I m not real smart..at all...but I m sure 4-600 mg of test a week will bring more issues than positive results.
I m not trying to run u off just save u from urself. ...at this point during the optimum time to get right get tight and stay healthy.
Shed more light on diet and exercise and 3j will wade in w diet advise and others much smarter than I will chime in with exercises. I lose fat when I think to hard. It s a curse...my grocery bill outstrips my house note. 5 chick breasts 6 eggs today and it s only 515 pm.

Agree wait till u lean out naturally u can do it fairly easy try am cardio fasting 6-7 days a week 1 hr each I lost 80 lbs that way in 2.5 mths before I did my first cycle and very happy I did wait

he is correct... you should bring that bodyfat down before cycling.. i have a free diet advice thread in the diet section you can take advantage of.
