Water retention

I've noticed that lately I've been retaining a lot of water, I hear Tamoxifen Citrate can reverse this side affect, what's your experience with it? Is it really that effective?

Nope.......Tamox (Nolva) does very little, if anything to stop/reverse water retention.

What you want is an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like Arimidex, Letrozole, or Aromasin.

and if ya don't want to go that route I would use dandilion root or something like taraxatone.... you can get those at any store like GNC. If you do use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) I would personally recomend Letrozola AKA Femera, it works the best for me.

I've heard of arimidex and letro, but aromasin? I've never heard of that, how effective is that stuff?
