Thanks on the age thing bros...I wrestled out here for 5 years and that kept me in decent shape...plus i age well..i am afraid that at 40, i am going to fall completlyapart...we shall see..i know this board will be here in 2 more years, but me...thats another story...

I am generally always pissed off for something i posted a couple weeks ago about my ex, my insane chils support, working with moron hill billies that look at me like i am stupid and a girlfriend who likes to beat the shit out of me...makes for a pissed off guy...if i smiled, either the earth would open up and swallow me up, or my face would fall off....

on the age thing, this past weekend, my 6 year old had his first derby race for cub scouts, he wanted me there...i walked in there and everyone stared like i was there to gun everyone down...it is amazing how 40 year old people look now a days...out of shape and old....my son grabbed me and took me to introduce me to his fellow tigers (pak name) and they said i was scary and i looked like i could bat someone up...chayse...my son went on to tell them about a time sone guy,,, a stranger started to talk to him at kmart while i was looking for a camo bag for hunting and i turned around and went off on the guy for talking to him and then told him if he got near him or said another word to him i would rip his pedaphile faggot bitch head off...it is funny to remembr...boy do i miss my kids not being with me everyday...sorry,,,i went off on a wierd tangent...almost as if i wre on my clomid thereapy already...lol...

I think most love his winnie beause of the price...that is why i liked it...i mean, i have never ran Winstrol (winny) before, comparing my bros ed shot of zambon and my tabs, abd the un godly amounts of water i have to drink and the liver crap to keep me cleaned up a bit, i find the results are not up to the cost...the hardness in the muscle is not where i want it to be...i am not saying i would not do them again..but i would only due to cost...also, my guy wont carry them anymore...i guess he is in to customer satisfaction, and he has had more request to not carry i rekon...

I ran a bulk/cut-lean type of cycle on this if you check the cycle out...i cyt the dbol out at a good time, on that i was always hungry and used the bulk factor to eat like a mad man...my waist in 4 weeks blew up to a 37....it freaked me out....i did however for the last 5 weeks, eat as clean as possible and sucked down a lot of mass gain shakes and protein shakes and switched to more chicken breast salads for lunchs...and not from mcdonalds or bk...they use crappy chicken...i go to a decent restaurant...and dont throw ponderosa out of the loop...their chicken breast, steak combo is a winner with the salad bar.,..nothing like their rice for carbs when you need it...

I have done a lot of self analyzing of my cycle and how i trained...and to be honest, i found i was slacking off on the training, so i decided to end the cycle a couple weeks early on the omna side.,..why waste the gear...i hit the results i wanted, now to hit the clomid therapy and continue to train and maintain and gear up both literally and mentally for the next cycle...

I don't think I've ever heard of anyone benching more than they squat. Maybe you should focus more on your leg training. Not flaming or anything. Just a suggestion.
 
If you read in one of my earlier posts, it is easy to do if all you ever worked was upper body....i never hit legs at all until i was on this cycle...and from where i was to where i am now in 9 weeks, i did well....just like if you go the the gym and see a guy with a great set of guns and he cant even rep out 225....remeber, tris are like 80% of your bench....if you work one more then the other, you will be non-proportionate...that was me...my next cycle, i will be hittng the wheels again....they will grow...

abs....what are those...lol...i was luck to trim up 3 inches on the cycle...i figure from what i got going, i need to drop from a 34 inch waist to a 32...the abs will come in soon enough....i want to press a truck, not just look like i am a beach bum...but, the abs will come...i want to get my strength completely where i want it and cardio will tear you down...and you do need to eat to gain at times...and believe me, double chocolate cake and a dozen doughnuts dont help on a cheat day...lol
