Are you the one sending or receiving? If you are receiving , then you need ID to pick funds up. The only way is to have fake ID made up under another name with your pic on it. I think.........

If your receiving funds under 1,000 USD then no ID is needed (atleast not where I am from) just the MTCN # is enough. A Test question is also a good idea. If over 1k then Oz has a valid Idea.

well here you need ID to pick up regardless the amount.
with a test question would only mean you need ID AND the aswer to the Q.

you need your ID with same name and mtcn#

but i had to sign my name to two separate sheets..(plus when i filled it out had to put adress)

btw.. someone was sending me money.. (i was the receiver) no homo
