yours looks fine, you can rotate exercises, such as deads with dead variations and GM"s. Also change your assistance work up. Also instead of pushups, paused speed bench definately helped my raw strenght. I would probably rather see that in their than pushups.
 
yeah wide stance squats wont really build your quads
by wide i mean at least 40 inches between your heels

close stance box squats and pause squats are a good quad builder as well as dead helper

jcp2 man, can you do me a huge favour, can you give me an example of a template that fits what you like in mine and what you also like to add in, just so I get an idea, this will really help me a lot
