What a Joke!!!

Have to give it to their marketing department - it really knows how to sell the product! My only issue is that the guy at the bottom of the page (with all the women) should have been looking right at us with a smirk and a "yeah, you know it" look on his face. Would have sealed the deal. I am only buying 4 bottles of the stuff at once since - would have bought 8 had they done that. Grabbing their Ultra Zinc Orange flavored lozenges while am there, this is this powerful stuff, cannot be too careful.

Maybe I should start a log...

Will the women flock to me like in the pictures. Never mind, my wife saw the ad and now want let me try it. :(

WHEN THE FDA bannned sacrin do it s causing cancer in mice the dose was equivalent of a adult drinking 84 cases of soda pop wtf

I avoid shopping at GNC now. I hate being hassled to purchase their Multi V, or their Wal-Mart taste-alike protein powders.

I've switched all my supplement shopping to the internet.. specifically Amazon with Prime. Typically I'll get 2-Day shipping on anything I need plus it's a dollar or two cheaper, and some times wayyy cheaper.

A great example of their rip-offs..and this is if your a gold member.. don't even consider EVER buying from GNC without a gold card. Anyway, I use ON's Micellar Casein, the premium version of their Casein. Tastes great, and is 30g per scoop. At GNC it's like 45-50 dollars.. on Amazon the same container is like 35-38 dollars plus free shipping.. If I run out.. I'll eat cottage cheese before bed until my powder comes in the mail, I dont even bother with their prices anymore. Shit is insane!

The supplement industry is all hype and advertising. There's good stuff out there, don't get me wrong, but if you're looking to get results like they show on the side of the containers or in the magazine's.. you're a damn fool lol

I wish they weren't allowed to advertise that way. And I wish GNC employees weren't told to sell their faces off either.. I've watched bone thin dudes walk in and ask what'll put size on me.. salesmen hands him a container of the most expensive BCAA's.. the kid didn't buy it when I was there.. we walked out at close times and I just wanted to tell him so bad to just eat.. Sad day lol

You will never see a natural bodybuilder or athlete on the label of a supplement. Period. They are all chemically enhanced, fitness models.

You mean its not the bottle of protein powder their picture is on that got them all that muscle Beard??

I wish I had known that all these years ;)

Lol gnc has a good return policy i will give them that. You can take half or more of a product and return it and say it gave you a stomach ache and they will give you all your cash back. But i would never do something so immoral lol.

I actually worked at gnc part time when I was back in college. I will say some sales people will push products that don't work. But I always tried to steer people towards things that will actually help them reach their goals. I didn't hit numbers very often because I would recommend people what they need or what would help not what we were suppose to sell. I do think there are some gnc employees that are good people and don't bs. Gnc has a bad reputation and some parts are justified but overall I don't think it's horrible. I think the big issue is supplement companies making products with these great advertisements and in reality their product is crap, prime example is how this thread started. Test x180 ignite.

Do they provide any sort of useful training? For example, if I were to go in and tell them my liver is "angry" are they going to be trained to suggest NAC?

Hey,

I AM THAT fitness fag looking fkr who DOES smoke ( 8 a day )....lol...

I 3 yrs ago had to cerush a gnc165 6 ft 4, employee..gently...well..I was angry then so may be not so but..

2 KIDS, mama s boy s, had a shit ton of lil bit s of everything when I came in and asked what I did...short version..eat more train smarter , probably less.
...belike my 9 yr old working there exceptin he d do it better...w o ebonically saying potentially a natural way to enhance your natural test and keep your muscles full of essential elemnets...it was comical to me.
They followed me out to car and I gave them the eat to get bigger train smarter rest speech=no aas- shop internet....AND left the NBA guy in my wake stunned and fuming but w t f did he know about size other than d n a and maybe a gifted TOOL.

To let ANYONE give out advice like that

Interestingly enough, more testing has been done due to the advances in science. A few years ago, they discovered that the active processes in the stomach of rats that saccharin used to cause cancer do NOT exist in humans...so saccharin does not cause cancer in humans and never has. They removed the warning from the label of the product. I know, I have used it for decades now, I actually like the taste of saccharine. :)
