I started a new job about 3 weeks ago and I work from 6:30am, usually to 3-5pm. After working in the hot Florida sun all day I have no energy to go to the gym after work. The gym I go to does not open till 6:30am. Was wondering if anyone has had success with Px90? Was thinking about trying it?
 
I've heard amazing things about it BUT this is coming from a Womens Fitness board and obviously women have different goals.

If it's cheap buy it and try it anyway.
 
Lol it just depends on your goals.. If your trying to beef up or tone down Then its diet dependent.. IMO there is no substitution for heavy ass weights. Arnold used to lay bricks all day for a living, and would still have the minerals to go to the gym. If he didnt have access to one (for instance) back when he was in the Austrian army, he and his fellow soldiers would lift iron off the back of the tanks in the early morning before running exercise drills 16+ plus hrs a day. I can attest to this working everyday in Iraq. If your in danger of dehydration, this can compound over several days, if sufficient water is not restored, you could become a heat casualty. I've seen it to many times before. Man go's down, and we gotta throw him in ice. If he doesn't wake up we give him what we like to call a Ranger I.V. Cold water shot right up the butt. Gotta get the fluids in somehow, Right?? You gotta be smart with your health, otherwise (ladies excuse my french) get the sand out your vag and go to the gym..:dunno:
