what am I missing

I just finished week 2 of a 10 week test cycle at 500/wk. Running hcg, propecia, and nolva later, I think my diet is very good but I really want to tweak it. Already I have noticed alot more indurance in the gym and I put on 5 lbs, I think I might bloat but liquidex is on hand. I have a moderate carb intake (go lean products, oats stuff like that), always veggies or spinach salads, along with a crapload of solid food I drink designer whey in the day and a mesotech after workouts mainly because it has glutamine. In the closet I have multi v's, c, B5 for the skin, biotin, and zone brand fish oils. Besides a b complex would I really need anything else? Would coenzyme q10 be ok?
Also, how important is post workout nutrition? I have a mesotech right after workout and casein like cottage cheese before bed, but Ive read that a workout should be followed with some specific drink then a shake a half hour later. Should i even be worrying about stuff like this?

sounds like you got the bases covered, I dont know your age but the most important thing is to have a basic knowledge of what to take and when and dial it all in for yourself, everyone is different. If what your doing is working stick with it, if not make mild changes and tweak it a little. GOOD LUCK.
 
that "special drink" is usually a shake of whey protein and a carb replacement drink. The whey is a quick acting protein, so it feeds the muscle when it needs it most, and the carb replenising drink replenishes glycogen stores in the muscle.

After i lift, I usually take 3 scoops whey and 2 scoops Endurox(Just started the endur, so i dont know if its working ok yet or not. That works out to about 60-70g's protein, and 60 g's simple carbs/glucose. IO usually drink this in the locker room before I leave and then once I get home have a meal (usually a chicken breast,10 oz metrx shake, anda sweet potatoe or rice, then follow this up with another 20g's of whey about an hour later. A good post work out drink I take is , Vitargo CGL (Creatine Glucose Loader) by Nutrex. It's good for a quick carb replacement drink , then I drink some whey protein.
 
The absolutely BEST post workout drink is Whey protein mixed with Dextrose at a 2:1 ratio.........say Whey 50 grams & dextrose 100 grams.

Then approx. 1.5 hours later, have a solid meal with the same nutrient ratios. Protein and carbs.
 
order some dextrose, and get some of those welfare sugar free Kool aid packets. Mix 75g dextrose and 50g whey and a little of that kool aid shit in the blender and you have a great post workout shake. Cheap and effective, if you run creatine throw it in, if you take r-ala take it 20 minutes before you drink it.
 
Just for the record...........you said you have liquidex "on hand". Liquidex is used to keep bloat and estro sides down all throughout the cycle. The thing you want to have "on hand" is nolvadex in case gyno flares up.
 
Thanks for the replies. On a good day Im getting about 300 (1.5 per lb) but some days Im a little under. Using Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and propecia now. I have liquidex on hand for the bloat, and nolva starts 2 weeks after last inject right?
Is there such a thing as overtraining when using?
I have a sack of dextrose that a friend gave me but I havent used it yet. I remember I went through some N Large and I got pudgy. Shit was heavy. My body doesnt like that many carbs. But Illl take the dextrose anyways. Thanks for the advice.
