I just finished week 2 of a 10 week test cycle at 500/wk. Running hcg, propecia, and nolva later, I think my diet is very good but I really want to tweak it. Already I have noticed alot more indurance in the gym and I put on 5 lbs, I think I might bloat but liquidex is on hand. I have a moderate carb intake (go lean products, oats stuff like that), always veggies or spinach salads, along with a crapload of solid food I drink designer whey in the day and a mesotech after workouts mainly because it has glutamine. In the closet I have multi v's, c, B5 for the skin, biotin, and zone brand fish oils. Besides a b complex would I really need anything else? Would coenzyme q10 be ok?
Also, how important is post workout nutrition? I have a mesotech right after workout and casein like cottage cheese before bed, but Ive read that a workout should be followed with some specific drink then a shake a half hour later. Should i even be worrying about stuff like this?
