What anabolics do you think this guy is using?

this physique is built off of a "whatever i want to eat" diet, and not a shit load of drugs. moderate drug usage, and a good amount of fast food and pizza, but also a ton of rice and ground beef. im not the shit, but im a living example that diet isnt 80% of the ballgame. im more inclined to say genetics is most important, followed by drugs/food.

whether you like it or not you still hit some type of macro goal gram... even if you dont do it in a calculated manner... and if you wanted to step on stage you would have to clean up your diet to some degree to compete

oh i agree that im not stage ready, definitely not. im just saying that i walk around relatively lean and it has absolutely nothing to do with diet or cardio. i attribute it all to genetics and a fast metabolism. im not discounting diet at all, but genetics can overpower a bad diet. and throw drugs in and this is the result you get. and anyone saying he is natty is an idiot lol
 
Both 3j and noway55 are right.A good Diet is absolutely mandatory to get to a top level even with drugs , everytime i change my carbs or fat, i notice a dramatic difference in my physique, but drugs will polish the look and takes it to another level that cannot be achieved no matter how or what you eat.

This is why I say the food sources aren't as important as the macro goals you set and meet. Fast food and pizza still have protein, fat, carbs, and micros just like typical "clean" food does. Without getting sufficient protein whether it's from a McDonalds burger or boneless/skinless 99% fat free chicken breast you will not build muscle. Without dietary fats your hormones suffer and eventually you could die from a lack of fats. This is still diet though whether it's fast food or oats and chicken. To get to stage ready leanness though the ability to eat whatever you want gets smaller with the caloric intake levels required to get that lean.

Put intros way: eating the FDA approved 2000calorie diet with 40-60g of protein and you won't make it as a bodybuilder naturally or enhanced.

Eat a good diet (macros not sources) and you can be a natty bodybuilder at least.

lol, im a perfect example of diet not being 80% of the battle. thats all. no doubt diet is important, and no one is getting on stage with just gear and genetics....but to walk around with some striated delts can be done with genetics and drugs only.

I never claimed to be anything special or have a good physique, others say they look better with no drugs, bla bla bla.


I only cycle once or twice a year with nothing more than 400mg test or a light oral cycle, i just used them when i wanna have some fun, never abuse them to the point where i need them to make gains.

Heres the pic from last year at 160lb, 100% natural, no drugs, nothing special and i admit i look like shit. lol
