What is your profession? Cause i bet you dont know shit what you are talking about.

No need to get belligerent. He's an accountant he knows numbers, deviations and everything else he mentioned.

He's just trying to steer you in the right direction so you dont make the same mistake so many young ones do today.

You heard in this thread what you needed to hear but not what you wanted to hear.
 
i very much appreciate yalls help on the subject. but i mean when you think about it having that physique that stands out at a young age is the best time! maybe im thinking of steroids for the wrong reasons. but i do know that making crazy gains would be super fun.

You can make crazy gains with the right training, diet and adequate sleep. Have you considered hiring a diet coach? You would benefit greatly.
 
Alright i just want to make clear i dont condone quick decisions on aas use in young people. Some young guys decide im gonna do steroids and do it right away, without even knowing the consequences and the effects of the drugs. The idea and the will of doing steroids has to grow inside you for a good amount of time. I would say at least a year or two if not more for the newbies. Just like getting tattoed, you can get it today but in the ten years time you will wonder what was you thinking. You have to make it clear in your head, write down the risks, benefits and then decide. Just like doing a swot analysis.

don't do it man, and im telling you from first hand experience because i fucked myself up because i started using gear young. i was 18.. shit im not even that much older than you i'm 22 right now, and now i need to inject test for the rest of my life because my body doesn't produce enough on its own.

i can post my current diet
-5 egg whites 1 whole egg 1 cup of oatmeal and bannan
-protein shake and apple
-8 oz-chicken/turkey/beef sweet potato and salad
-ham/turkey sandwich and grapes
-protein shake
-8 oz chicken/turkey/steak sweet potato
-pbj and 2 cups milk
all meals every 2-3 hours
