A friend of mine is a long time athlete, he has typically been a long distance runner and a very competitive Ultimate Frisbee player for club teams and the sorts (for anyone who knows Ultimate).
He recently made a decision to change his focus from the above to body building and has been saying that he is going to start using test e to help him gain quicker.
As a friend I can say he is very comfortable with various lifts and their forms and his eating habbits and discapline from the past are at a very respectable level (he eats like a mad man and takes his physical activities extremely seriously). My only concern is that because he is quite skinny and hasn't worked out for body building that steroids are just flat out bad for him. What sort of positives and negatives could come from this? Obviously I understand that most look down on someone trying to use them for the quick fix but he seems to be more invested then just that so I just want a clearer picture for myself if I were to talk to him about it.
Will he see the quicker gains from doing this provided he eats as much as he needs and works out as much as would be required? Also if he is so determined to do this are there any UGL's that someone could reccomend? I think the one he had mentioned looking into was rotex something.
Any and all insight would be much appreciated, sorry for the wall of text.
