Calluses form so quickly on your hands from lifting. Rows, dead lifts, heavy benching, curls, trap shrugs, all great exercises but rip my hands apart. I guess some of you don't mind it but after years of my hands taking constant abuse the calluses are really begining to bother me. I have a pumice stone but it gets annoying because it rips the skin around the calus which hurts even more. I'm really not a fan of wearing workout gloves either...
It obviously comes with the territory of lifting but I was just curious what you fellas do to keep your hands from becoming completely hard & covered with calluses.
