What do you do to stay motivated? thru out all the bull of the day?

For me i block everyone out! idc who but it works for me i isolate myself thats the only way i can do it. But everyone is diff some ppl manage no prob with tlkn to ppl all the time n still manage but i for reason cant. Personally what do you do? To stay at it and not make excuses and just do it?

But I am a faith based person, so each day is just a step closer to what faith based people seek.

Plus I know things will get better in my own life.

I pray alot to Zero,it really helps me to and t esp after my dads death,it made me realize even more how important prayer is

also i spend time alone just to think or go into my studio and play my guitars and maybe write songs of my feelings at the time,help me alot
