What exercise you like best for Cardio?

Im a fan of competeing while doing cardio, Jui-Jitsu, Basketball, football or whatever. It makes it much more fun.
 
I would think that Pulling a sled would interfere with recovery. My legs take a good4-5 days to feel "recovered" from a workout. Throwing in sled pulls would definately lead me to overtraining.

I usually use an eliptical machine. The arch in my feet is too low and causes me to get shin splints if I run, so that's out of the question.

I just joined a new gym with a stepmill which I look forward to trying out this summer.
 
Running outdoors or riding my mountain bike off road or around a hilly area. I can not do cardio indoors on a machine. I'll lose my mind. I also do the bleachers at the high school from time to time.

actually if you don't kill yourself it may help recovery.
 
I HATE cardio. It's an evil I can't seem to escape from though.

I prefer just to do outdoor activities and sports that I an enjoy rather than concentrate on it. Kinda takes the mind off the fact that I'm doing it.
 
basketball, football, etc... especially since the weather is getting nice... i usually take a long jog in the morning too
