What happend?

Currently cutting with test/fina/winny. I'm on week 12 with 3 weeks left.

Day before yesterday I had a small carb load before bed. When I woke up I looked/felt atleast 10 pounds lighter. Also I had lost 0.3 of an inch on my bicep in one night. I had very little energy for most of the day and felt like I was going to faint in the gym, I had to cut my workout early.

I woke up this morning and I feel a bit better but I still look/feel 10 pounds lighter. I haven't had a chance to weight myself since last week so I can't tell if I have lost weight or not. My muscles look flat and feel weak.

Anyone experience something close to this? I'm a bit worried of muscle loss and this is really playing with my mind.

Only thing I'm using other then the gear is ECA. If you need more info let me know.. thanks in advance
I think you should jump on a scale and also have someone else take a look at you. It may be all mental. As for the .3" decrease on the biceps, maybe you are just flat right now. I really don't know a whole lot about carb loading, so I can't comment on that.
