and by beginner i don't mean a HS kid, im 27 been lifting seriously for past 4 years, in good health and training/diet all on point, but i am a complete noob when it comes to PH, that said i have been doing research for past 1 month in the free time i get. i am just looking for something mild with no serious long term sides. i have a place where i can order serms and a place for PH. can someone recommend some stacks on the market and proper way to dosage pre/on/post cycle ? thanks.
