I've heard just test e would be best. Really looking to add some good mass and strength. I diet pretty good eat about 6 times a day consisting of lean meats fruits and veggies and workout 5 to 6 days a week at least an hour. I'm 21 6'3 around 225 fluctuates 5 to 10lbs. I experimented with roids in high school cause I knew a guy who hooked me up but didn't really know anything about what I was doing. So any advice would be awesome thanks. P.s all I have been taking is over the counter suppliments. Want to build my knowledge and know how before I venture off into other things so I don't fuck up lol
