What is the Best Steroid Cycle for Me? (Medical Knowledge Required)

Stats: 37 years old, 5'6", 148lb, 20% bf, never used steroids before.

Goal: to lose several pounds of fat and gain a few pounds of lean muscle. Not looking for huge muscle size increases here.

I have several conditions that are making it complicated for me to find the right cycle:

1. Male pattern baldness (MPB) runs in my family. I have not lost much, but my brothers have very large bald spots. I would rather take the least chances possible. I did try finasteride for 2 years (five years ago) but it greatly decreased my libido.
2. I have multiple familial lipomatosis, a disease that causes subcutaneous lumps of fat (lipomas) to grow on my thighs and arms. They are not visible and do not interfere with my health, however, androgenic steroids have been known to dramatically increase the speed at which they form and grow, due to androgenic receptors within the lipomas. Therefore, it is very important that I use the steroids that are scientifically proven to have a low androgenic effect.
3. I have a low libido, which I would desperately love to resolve. I have seen a urologist but they have found no pathological abnormality aside from average/low testosterone levels. I use Cialis on a regular basis.
4. I have a problem with stretch marks. I develop them fast and they are not pretty due to my dark skin. I would like to avoid massive muscle gains in a short period of time.
5. I would like lean muscle gains that stick around after taking PCT. Due to the above complications (especially #2), I think that I would only be able to do one or two cycles in my life. Therefore, I want gains that have staying power.
6. I have the gene that makes me a slow caffeine metaboliser, so no fatcutters containing any form of caffeine are possible.

I know that everyone recommends testosterone for a first time cycle, but I was reading that high doses of testosterone is highly androgenic and leads to massive weight gains, which don`t work with #2 and #4.

I was thinking of Anavar 100mg for 10 weeks, with a low dose of test, and clenbuterol followed by clomiphene for PCT. I was looking into Deca because it is listed as being not very androgenic, but it requires an extra dose of test if you want to maintain your sex drive.

Looking for suggestions for steroids and cycles that would fit my profile. Any links to androgenicity profiles or medical studies would be appreciated. Greetings from Mexico-

U have too many problems man Don't use Deca u will gain a bunch of water that's for a bulk cycle.....
if u really want to cut Ill take Desma Winstrol
With Oxylite u can get that at your local Gnc
its just like clen but with out the harsh side affects....As long if you don't have any heart, liver, kidney problems u should be good.....Naturally we
men hardly produce 20mg of Natrual Test a week.....Ill say stack with test E 100mg
every week.

Too be honest 100mg of test E is all u need if your diet & protein intake is right.....But if
I were u ill get a full check up before u start roids.

- I was interested in Winstrol, but I was reading that it causes nasty hair loss.
- You are suggesting that I stack Winstrol Depot with Test E 100mg? Won`t that cause massive gains?
- Oxylite contains caffeine and doesn`t work with #6.

I`ve done a full blood workup. Everything is normal.

Out of your 5 contraindications, only 1 is a real "medical" reason to forego AAS usage. The rest are your preference, so I don't know exactly why you require posters with medical knowledge as much of this homework can be done with google in a few hours. As I am not a medical professional, I only have two suggestions:

1) Change your diet. This is going to be the #1 most important factor in whatever your goals are. You don't state your height, but at 148lbs, I'm guessing you have a bit of room to grow. More muscle mass = higher metabolism and propensity to burn fat. You can fine tune your diet to meet your goals as needed. This is not a suggestion to become "huge", but instead build a base of muscles that will burn fat stores 24/7.

2) You state that you have low/average testosterone levels. I'd look into this first. Fixing any hormone issues you might have will most certainly help you in your endeavors as testosterone plays a HUGE role in muscle synthesis and lipolysis. If this is the case, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) levels of androgens shouldn't cause issues for you - but if it does, you will have the assistance of a trained physician (hopefully) in managing your specific needs.

Good luck!

Winstrol Every other day @ 50MG No u won't loose any hair man
even at 100mg every week of test.....U wouldn't bulk at al just make sure your diet
is right....Try to get sum protein powder with no createin & no sugar you'll get pretty good results depending on your diet, protein intake, and training.....

5'6, 148 lbs, 20% BF? I agree you need to eat more lean protein and lift a whole shit load more, you weigh only 20 lbs more than my girlfriend and shes your height. You are nowhere ready to juice, don't listen to what anyone else says.

Are you saying that I weigh too much or not enough? I'm mainly looking for a very lean toned look, not big muscle.

Instead of spending money on AAS, talk to 3J's here on the board to set you up with a proper diet.. maybe talk to your doctor about testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), sounds like you might be a candidate.

Do not follow the advice DRIODX has given you in this thread. Test at 100mg/week is gonna be at/below normal levels and will shut down your nat test production. Winstrol can be harsh on your body. What you really need is to dial in your diet if you want to see changes. Hit up 3J and get on one of his plans. He is great to work with. Steroids are not the miracle drug some people think they are. Also how long have you been training?

I'd say your BF % is too high, and your lean body mass too low. You're only about 120lbs of lean body mass. No offense but you have a lot of room to grow naturally. Unless your test levels are incredibly low, I see no reason why you can't bulk up and lose some fat first before jumping on AAS. I'm not trying to put you down brother. If you can't do these things now (except if its due to very low T levels) then that means your diet and training are not close to being on point. Steroids are not a miracle drug. It takes truly proper diet and training on an efficient and consistent level. You won't get the gains you want without this, and you'll be selling yourself short in my opinion. Take some time to re-evaluate everything that you're doing, and make sure it's beneficial to what your goals are.

I'm in Canada, on Medicare with no private insurance. My testosterone level is average, so I don't qualify for TRT.

Most AAS will shut off natural test production. What's the problem with that, if I'm going to take PCT?

My diet hasn't changed for ten years.I have a high protein low carb diet.At age 25, I was a waist 28. Now I'm a waist 32. I'm eating healthy, it is just my metabolism had changed and gotten much slower with age.

I have been working on and off for ten years.

Bulking up is almost impossible for me. I've gotten personal trainers, I've worked out for years, I've pushed my limits, but muscle grows really slowly on me (but stays for a very long time). I'm an ectomorph who got old and with a slower metabolism.

To be honest, my real desire is to gain pecs (I'm pretty flat chested) larger back muscles, bigger abs, a bigger ass, and to lose a lot of fat.

agreed!! , and yes Winstrol (winny) is super harsh on the blood. NVM the joints and liver.

check thyroid levels.

also note: higher BF% = MORE side effects from most steroids due to more estrogen conversion.
