What is wrong with my Bicep?

Whats up guys... In six weeks Im hoping to compete in a BB Competion but heres my problem... Three weeks ago on my last set of biceps I felt a sharp pain and dropped the weight. I continued to workout and a week later worked out biceps further. Now I am unable to do any bicep exercies, however am able to do other muscles with just slight pain. I am taking it easy and going light. However, I am just concerned, I dont think I tore the Bicep (or I think I wouldnt be able to lift at all), I am just wondering what kind of Bicep injury dosent bruise or swell, dosent cause much pain, but causes a weird sensation in the bicep, kind of like i dont trust it and am worried it could snap any time... I appreciate the answers. Also I dont want to stop working out. I will continue to go light and avoid Biceps until I feel I can completely trust the bicep. However what exercies/things could I do to help aid the bicep to heal. Ive been icing / using icy hot/ stretching it/eating healthy/getting good rest any other tips?

Honestly I would really appreciate some advice.. if any of you know what Im going through thanks guys.
 
Your exercise is seems ok, your diet shall be imoroved.
1. You need intake more protein, min 100 gram per day. It equals around 400 gram of chicken breast or 500 gram of beef.
2. If you feel hungry, then stop exercise and take carbohydrate food, like as white bread or white rice which can be digested quickly to make up glycogen.
