Powerchews bcaa, powerchews creatine chews and n2bm creatine 1000 cycle on and off all year, ruthless 3d multi, brutal alchamy isolation protein, dymatize iso 100 protein, and musclemilk cake batter. Also red yeast rice, and for coq10 and fish oils i have been using ageforce patches for that as both those supps bother my stomach, so patches work awesome in that sense.
Of course i am not including my prohormone and designers cycles or the natty stacks i occasionally run..sj
BCAA's,Multivitimans,Saw Palmetto,B-6,Fish Oil,Vit C,CQO10,Super B Complex,Naicin,NAC,L-Arginine,L-Citrulline,protein are my staples,and i cycle my creatine every

Yeah I've been on ntbm's multi for a little while now. It's definetly a very potent and effective one. I've tried many different multi's and this is certainly one of my favorites.
How does one determine a multi-vitamin "effective"? I've used 10 different multi-vitamins and can't say any of them are more effective than any other. Do you feel a difference when switching between different ones?
