Right guys...
Im sure youve all been here. you speak to one person and they recommend 'x' then you speak to someone else and they say 'x' is shit you need 'y'.....know the feeling?
Heres what i was hoping for ... I say what I am trying to achieve and we get a little discussion going about what would work best.
In all seriousness if anyone with lots of experiance is willing to help I would really apprechiate it.
Attributes:
Age: 25yrs
Height: 6ft (183cm)
Weight: 15st (210lbs)(95kg)
Body Fat: 12-13%
Goal:
1.To cut some fat and add a little lean muscle.
2.cut some water (prone to storing it)
3.Prone to mpb
4.8wks cycle
Dont want anything that will cause fluid retention.
Any ideas guys???????
