What Supplements do you use and recommend ??

Multivitamin (breakfast)
L-tyrosine & Caffeine (pre workout)
CEE, Glutamine peptides, BCAAs, NAC, Vitamin C (postworkout)
ZMA (bedtime)

Glutamine and glutamine peptides are comparably as useless.

There are studies that show that, as well as studies that show the exact opposite. Until the jury is on one side of the fence, im using it.

How is the CEE?

To be honest, i cant really tell ya.

I just came off of a 3 week layoff this week, and came back with some new homebrew cocktails, a new diet, and started DC training. Im feeling stronger and have been having better workouts than ever, but I dont know what to attribute it to....i guess its a little bit of everything.

As for the CEE...no bloat, and no gastrointestinal problems...so thats a plus.

The studies showing its lack of efficacy are done on weight training athletes and those studies done showing its useful are done on AIDS patients, one should have the ability to read medical journals before concluding it has any use.

You talking about Glutamine again?

Well glutamine is good for the immune system, and plasma and skeletal muscle glutamine levels are lowered by excersize.

Also, a study done on post-op patients on TPN who had been given an amino acid solution + glutamine concluded that "Administration of glutamine to catabolic patients is advocated."

This is from 2003, so I'd like to see if there are any newer studies to support glutamine suplimentation.
