Guys, i agree that alot of newbs need to research ALOT more. But do yourself a favor and try not to put any definites on anything in this game. For example:

now, I'm a huge fan of longer cycles, but saying this is inaccurate. Plenty of guys do 10, hell, even 8 week cycles with LE test products and have awesome results. Especially with things like Sustanon

Next, what's wrong with a cycle of Test @ 325mg/w for 10 weeks. Just cause its sustanon? Its still test. Again, this has worked for countless people that I know with great results. And although most will say 500mg/week should be minimum, you can't put a definite on this. Running a cycle with 3x the mount of test that normally runs through your body is gonna illicit awesome gains

Now, you'll see i left both quotes open with the word IF. Reason is, what we should be focusing on is the reasons why no cycle will work if its not done correctly. And that's with proper nutrition, training intensity, and rest. Everyone wants a shortcut to greatness and they wonder why they don't get it no matter how much juice they do.
Cyto, this wasn't a knock at you, i know answering posts like you talked about above have alot more deep-seeded issues than just what you wrote. I just wanted to throw this out there for everyone. Stop looking to anabolics for answers. The answers lie in your training and nutrition.
