What to do high estro!

Have natural gyno. Took hormone test. Apparently high estro (and test )!
Doc won't prescribe me an inhibitor because says things are fine.

ESTROGEN, TOTAL, SERUM 196 Normal range is 130 pg/ml or less

TESTOSTERONE, TOTAL, MALES 1007 Normal range is 241-827 ng/dL

Also, took nolva 30 mg a day for 3 days, a week off, and then took the hormone test so I don't think that would have effected my results?

Besides that no steroids of any kind and only one cycle of clen. What should I do!! Take an inhibitor? PLEASE HELP!

Why would nolva not effect your results? Nolva blocks estro from attaching to the receptor which means it leaves all that estro still floating around in your blood....you need to wait 2 weeks before a blood test after taking a serm

Either way....you could run some aromasin at 12.5 a day and see what that does....you would take your blood test while on aromasin as well

Cobra nailed it..serms block them..but lets em live and float thereby showing up in ur blood work..
An Aromatase inhibitor (AI) causes them to " commit suicide" if you will..

Adex or Aromasine next time out of the gate if you want to avoid high estro..

It's hard to say.....you could try another blood test in a week and see if that's effected it...I'm not the expert on estrogen either lol

I would do nothing for 2 weeks unless your weeping and very moody..given your limited knowledge, nothing personal, I d say you chill out...then see where ALL your level s are and rethink this WHOLE augmentation thing until you figger out what the implication s for you are..

Next time..get all your shit together...test, hcg, an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and a good pct...hormonal roller coasters are hard on the body and mind...

Yes test can be converted to estro. Once you stop the test you will need to do a post cycle and Aromatase inhibitor (AI). I don't even know what advice to give cause not 100% sure where you are in all this.

I don't think that's the case. I think by 'hormone test' he means he had a blood test done.

He did say only one cycle of clen and that was it I think.

Seems like he may have had a high estro cause of the nolva he took before the test. This would leave free estro in his blood work right?

I don't know much about blood work, but it seems that he took nolva thinking it would act like arimidex/aromasin...

I would have to agree with doing nothing and having blood work done again in a little while. Also may want to think about telling the doctor about the nolva, he might yell a little but he works for you and its his job after all.

Yes, never cycled. I tried nolva for a couple of days to get rid of my natural gyno. It was stupid.

But another question. Are my test levels high? Could it be because of the nolva or genes?
