what to do?

I am back in the gym for about a month, i am feeling stronger already. I did two short cycles earlier in life at 19yo 8wks on test & d-bol and at 29yo 8wks sustenon 250, both times I had great gains in size and strength. I had quite a bit of aggression both times in the past. I am currently 35 and would welcome any advice. I work out 2 days on 1 day off chest/tris back/bis leggs/shouloders and 30 min cardio after each workout. I want to do another cycle but am apprehensive about increasing aggressive behavior as I am happily married and want to stay that way. Does anyone have similar exp, any info would be greatly appreciated.
 
I think he means 2 on 1 off 2 on 1 off etc. I really don't know anyone that gets aggressive on gear,,maybe tren but tren doesn't even do that to me,,that usually comes with immaturity sand thinking your all bad ass all juiced up,,your older know and I would assume able to control your emotions, ,I would suggest starting over as if your first cycle and do a test only run,,spend some mode time in the gym and get your discipline back first including diet habits and you should be all good
