what to take during a Test+ Deca cycle

I have noticed on here people mention taking an "AI" ? during a cycle, and other mentions of taking something during a cycle that prevents your body from shutting down natural test production ? I am a total newbie here and not ashamed to admit it.... but I am curious what else a guy should take during a test+deca cycle.

I do not want to realize one day im having gyno problems or something lol, i would rather prevent it than to treat it

nolvadex tamoxifine to prevent gyno 40mg onset of gyno symptoms
arimidex .5 eod which is an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) lower estrogen
hcg 250ius 2 x a week keeps ball big -optional others are a must

I run adex with test/deca but you should try running test only if you are a total newbie to see how your body reacts to just the test. Test will be at the base of all your cycles going forward so you need to know how you react to it...

I'm going to give u some advice, u need to have all these items at hand ( test, Decca, caber armosian as a Aromatase inhibitor (AI), nova and clomid for post cycle therapy (pct) and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for blast.) when runnin a Decca it is recommended to run caber twice a week and also run ur Aromatase inhibitor (AI) also. I never heard about runnin nova for estro control. That doesn't make sense . Pls take ur time to learn and ask ? Before u do ur cycle.

some one on here recentally told me that. ive gt a friend on this cycle now.... and sad to say i doubt he will even look into wat dude told me so ill see if something bad happens to him n let u guys know. but scratch all that Deca talk firstcycle8 just do test your 1st time youll get good gains even great with the right diet and if u dont run into problems this cycle and in future cycles u do u will know its the other compound causing them. Read around you'll learn alot n b able to help the nxt guy. read about post cycle therapy (pct), Aromatase inhibitor (AI), and safe injection sites.

I did a test only cycle earlier this spring, but a ten day flu that I thought was going to cripple me + 14 hour days /7 days a week destroyed all the gains I got and then some. I think I am a little smarter now but still do not have as much time to study as I would like to- 12 hour days + gym + living alone and doing all the stuff around the house is taxing me.

when I read the stickies I get so lost in the "lingo" and trying to calculate recommended dose sizes etc....

By the original post you can tell your feet are not really wet yet. Thats ok.... There has been a lot of good advice so far, but try looking up these things:

Esters
Test ( just to see bloat and shutdown)
Deca
HCG
PCT ( look how you use clomid and nolvadex)
AI ( arimidex or aromasin)

This is gonna take you some time, but once you learn the nuts and bolts of AAS use, the finished product is easier to understand.

GL do your research plz you'll be happy you did.

Aromasin for Aromatase inhibitor (AI) (it's my fav.)
Caber or bromo or prami, for reduce prolactin levels (deca not aromatize, but it increase the prolactin level and this can cause gyno).
HCG if your balls shrink..

prolactin sides from deca is less likely then from Tren. but def possible.

In this case the 1st line of defense is lowering estrogen adex or whatever Aromatase inhibitor (AI) u want to use. 2nd would be caber or prami (last resort).
