I bought myself a pair. They're a bitch to run in starting off. First time I used them was a sprint day at the track (thank God). But it destroyed my calves.
They seem to be doing pretty good for run time improvement, but I guess we'll see next time I have a test
We run our pt tests at a nice rubber track, and they don't really care what we wear. So I'll probably wear them. If not, I'll just do it barefoot.
And I'm a 13f. Worked with some 19k's on deployment and pretty much did everything they did, since we weren't allowed to shoot ordnance in Sadr City. Too much collateral damage.
But I'm in the course right now, waiting to start 18E training.
Badass... I'd just stick with what you have been doing bro. Just keep running...
Also since you are going to be a 18e its not a good idea to run AAS. If by chance you have to stop your cycle for some reason and you cant do a proper PCT your hormones are going to crash. You wont be able to function at a optimal level... Could be detrimental to you and others in your team.
I just had some layover time between phases since the course is so backlogged now and I thought I'd run a cycle while I'm doing nothing. But I probably shouldn't.
