Was originally planning to go on a 12week cycle of m1t, starting at 15mg and steadily increasing to 50mg. After a little more research, I decided to start at 15mg and steadily increase 5mg ea. week till I reached 30mg. Along with the m1t, was taking B vitamins (both b6&b12), milk thistle, glucosomine, msm, chondrotin, & multi-vitamin. Also been drinking cranberry juice to help detoxify system. Did this for 10 weeks(I know its a long cycle and not good on the liver) and thought I should stop cycle (bp started to increase, so i didn't want to ignore what my body was telling me)
Then started post cycle therapy (pct) of nolva and decided to take creatine to help me keep my gains. Also have some 6oxo was going to take along with the nolva, but probably wouldn't be necessary? Still taking milk thistle, bvits, multi vit, glucosomine, msm, chondrotin.
Gained 23lbs. Bench went up 50lbs, deads went up 85lbs, squatts 40lbs
