I don't think there is a good "ratio" to go by - Its just what your body needs. (if you understand me)
40 - 50g Protein
50 - 70g Complex Carb Source (potato, rice, oats) and 25g of Fruit (sugars)
Thats about all i can really give you without knowing what you've been doing.
