What's In Your Post-workout Shake?

What's up my iron brothers and sisters!

I wanted to start a thread on post-workout nutrition, specifically your staple post-workout shake...or at least you better make it your staple if you aren't having one!!! The "window of opportunity" after your workout is rather short, and I know I don't have the time to get out of the gym, get home and make some food within that 30-45 minute window. So a good post-workout shake is the most convenient way to shuttle protein, BCAA's, carbs, Creatine, and other key nutrients back into your muscles after killing them in the gym.

So before I go any further...lets see some posts from others and what they currently do for their window of opportunity???
 
Muscle replenisher tasted good, and has key ingredients, I agree with big kev

The Berry Blast tastes really good, mixes easily, and after intense training sessions I will add an extra scoop of Vanilla Bean Whey to Build Muscle protein and boost the protein up to 55 grams.

I have 2 bags of Orange Cream I believe coming in mail now...see how that flavor is!

I used to use LG Sciences Postal, but would always have to add extra protein due to each scoop was only 5 grams...worthless!

Come on peeps, lets hear what everyone else is doing...anyone???
 
mE muscles replinesher has no reason for anything else.. Very good taste... and amazing flavor! And also this is everything I use to take after my workout in one drink. :p:p:p

I use ON Serious Mass. The stats are hot shit on them, but to be honest I want to find something that's easy to down ie fruity flavors that are easy on the stomach. Downing a chocolate shake after a workout makes it really hard to eat for hours for me.

Nobody said this would be easy...haha yeah I hear ya...I just tell myself it's time to get huge and stop being a puss...that makes eating easier :D

LOL just giving ya a hard time - I definitely understand...sometimes I don't really feel like 'cookies and cream' right after squatting til I'm on the verge of puking!

Nah I agree with ya brother! I do get a little nauseated after downing a thick ass chocolate shake after lifting, but that's a petty ass problem to have.
 
I take gear, whey to build rocky road, powerchews bcaa, and now i have to find a place for my powerchews daa. Hmmm
 
I drink 8 oz liquid egg whites
12 oz Dole pineapple juice
1 scoop unflavored whey iso

then eat 30 minutes later.
