Critique my bf ??

3 weeks ago I was 180lbs know I'm 190 lbs at 6ft 2

My cycle
Test prop week 1-16 100mg eod
Tren a week 8-16 75mg eod

End of cycle goal
200lbs to 205lbs @ 7-8% bf
 
this is a great pic posted by halfwit , going by this pic , u are about 10% , bf cn be hard to jusdge , but easier to judge when u have more muscle imo
 
When I start tren a on week 8 shall I eat at 500 cals surplus ? Will it still get me down to 7% bf ?

if you want to lose bf you need to be in a deficit. -500 from maintenance calories. and make sure you get all your macro requirements everyday
 
16-17 seems about right as my goal is aesthetics and shredded not blocky and big

I have a decision to make I obviously need to put on alot more lean muscle MAss so shall I for the next 5 weeks on prop keep bulking put on as much weight and muscle try and aim for 205lbs.

Then week 8-16 is all about getting to 7% bf what would you suggest ? Defect and keto diet.

The cycle will be test prop 100mg eod and tren a 75mg eod will this be enough to reach 7% ? Or will I need to cycle clen and t3 also ?
 
Man you are way too you to be on gear, especially tren. You are around 14-15% at lowest I'd guess, you want to gain about 15lbs and be 6-7% leaner? Sorry man but not gonna happen in this cycle alone. The dude in that pic is probably at 7-8% IMO. It's easy to throw numbers around guessing body fat but you'd be surprised how lean even 9-10% is.
